You might want to mention Request Policy.
I run Ghostery,NoScript, Adblock and such, and I've noticed RP picks up on some things the others don't. (It does make browsing painful until you train it -- and even then).

For example on Twitter everything lets AkamaiHD.net through but RP.

(I'm also testing CookieMonster and BetterPrivacy for LSO and cookies but I haven't seen much in the way of a result from either of them.)

Looks like RP is a firefox only thingy - I was going for stuff that was about as cross platform as possible and not a giant list. Still, you've mentioned it here, so anyone with firefox can go look. :-)
