Work with me here for a moment, but ...

Does that imply that to lose *fat*, one should not eat anything after exercise, so the "Make Muscles Fast" hormones *have* to burn fat?

And re. the aerobic/intensity thing - yeah, all the machines (treadmills, etc) at the gym have different bands for "fat burn" vs "Cardio" - the fat burn is 10-20 BPM slower than the cardio, to ensure a constant, even burn of fat, rather than anaerobic.

Not that "cardio" == "anaerobic", but you don't want to go pushing that edge too far.
