The only two I've tried on the iPad are TouchTerm and pTer.
TouchTerm was very not ideal for the iPad (no iPad version, so you had to blow it up to twice actual size, which meant that most of the screen was covered by other elements, rendering most of the screen unusable).
When I got mine, the non-Pro version was free, but I think that both versions cost money now; I don't know how much.
pTerm cost 4.99 USD, and is pretty okay on the iPad. It's pretty straightforward, not very fancy, but it makes much better use of the available screen estate.
Both allow you to create keys, but not to import existing ones, which is okay if you have password access to your server, or else (if you have password access disabled entirely) some other means way to get your key into your server.
Ummm. In terms of features I think that both are near-equal. pTerm does not have an explicit option to change the font size in the settings, but you can change the number of columns/rows. More importantly, you can pinch to zoom which expands the font size quite nicely. (I don't think it persists across sessions though)
TouchTerm Pro has a lot more features, but I've never tried them, and I'm not sure the additional complexity is worth the price *g*
