TouchTerm has two modes: one the standard per-character echo to the terminal. The second is having a textbox that you could type in and it would submit an entire line all at once.
The second mode would be perfect for auto-correct; I'm not sure why TouchTerm chose not to have any. My guess is that they're assuming that people won't want vanilla auto-correct for commandline use, as filenames/unix commands are not likely to be in the standard english dictionary.
