Server outage grump.

Gah. My server which hosts http://tertius.net.au/, http://notdoneliving.net/ and various stuff is currently down due to a very fatal hard disk crash as of sometime on Tuesday. I've acquired new hardware, and it's ready to go, but I won't be restoring the backup over it until sometime tomorrow morning. I've spent the day running around the city in the heat and running around near here acquiring computer parts, and it's all installed and working... But now I'm tired and grumpy and very shirty. Oh well. This is just not the ideal time of year for this to be happening, too. Le sigh.

Ah, sympathies. I've had two laptop drive deaths this year and even when one's got good fast backups and slipstreamed O/S media, it's still a bloody pain.

And yes, ick, what a day to have to be stuck in errands!
